Job Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare technical documentation for energy storage products and handle customer technical inquiries.
  2. Conduct customer training, oversee on-site installation and commissioning of products, and address product issues.
  3. Follow up on customer quality issues.
  4. Coordinate with partner suppliers to ensure products meet customer and market requirements.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or Automation.
  2. At least 1 year of experience with energy storage products, familiar with mainstream markets.
  3. Proficiency in French and English as working languages, with strong communication and coordination skills.
