The Global Customer Service (GCS) department at bioMérieux is looking for CSO Molecular Biology - Expert Unit - Application Specialist to join our team specializing in molecular biology technologies and service activities.

Your main responsabilites will be to conduct Training activities on our Sequencing product offerings and provide technical support to subsidiaries, distributors and clients, to be an Expert Network, a part of R&D Projects and a Customer Support.

What will be your missions ?

  • Design and implement innovative training programs on sequencing technologies in clinical microbiology,
  • Identify customer training needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs,
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements,
  • Develop diverse educational content for digital and in-person training, adapting materials for different skill levels and incorporating interactive and innovative elements to maximize engagement and learning.
  • Facilitate in-person and online training sessions and coaching, using engaging and effective animation techniques, and encourage active participation from learners,
  • Create a network with experts and thought leaders to develop peer-to-peer skills and gather feedback from customer service teams,
  • Work closely with the Analytics & Sequencing program leadership, R&D departments, marketing, regulatory affairs, and medical teams to continuously improve the serviceability of our solutions,
  • Act as a representative of the customer service team and advocate for their voice in R&D projects,
  • As a customer support, you provide technical and scientific support to customers, helping them quickly and effectively resolve complex issues related to sequencing technologies,
  • Collaborate closely with service teams and key interfaces to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

What is your qualification and experiences ?

  • Higher degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or related field,
  • Technical experience in sequencing technologies and their application in clinical microbiology,
  • Minimum 3 years of local and/or global customer service experience,
  • Demonstrated experience in technical training and customer support,
  • Proficiency in digital content creation tools,
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
