Integration Consulting Senior Specialist
The mission of Amadeus' Hotel IT team is to design and deliver high performance systems that can process tens of thousands of requests per second and return the highest level of accuracy in the fastest response time. Our SaaS platforms are designed to serve millions of users who are seeking information and reservations from tens of thousands of hotels offering millions of hotel rooms around the world. Utilizing our proven ability to build and deploy mission critical software for the global travel industry, we are creating the next generation of technology solutions for the hospitality industry including: reservations and distribution, high-volume data acquisition from heterogeneous sources, sophisticated search engines, payment processing, hotel operations, business intelligence, and revenue management.
The Amadeus Hotel Platform is a SOA solution delivering a fully centralized reservation system for large hotel chains. New customer needs will require evolution of the platform.
Your role, as Integration Consulting Senior Specialist is to support the Hotel IT platform systems integration strategy. The Integration Consulting Senior Specialist is responsible for the discovery and analysis of customer's ecosystem, management of systems integration scope and flows, technical documentation and service delivery management. The analyst will have customer facing responsibilities and will provide integration support using Amadeus web services standards and best practices.

Your role, as Integration Consulting Senior Specialist is to support the Hotel IT platform systems integration strategy. In this role you'll:
- Be accountable for the design of the integration of a customer's ecosystem with Amadeus CRS/PMS.
- Drive scoping sessions with customers and partners, understand and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with all necessary teams to come up with an integration solution.
- Make sure the ecosystem is properly understood and captured, that all services are mapped, that all integration workflows are designed, and all dependencies (internal and external) are tracked.
- Make sure the integration strategy is in line with Amadeus strategy while at the same time meets the customer needs.
- Make sure the solution is well communicated inside the R&D organization.
- Present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.
- Contribute to the elaboration of AHP API strategy cross customers."

- Design connectivity solution and architecture
- Ensure a good relationship with customers and partners (PMSs, OTAs, RMSs...).
- Listen to their needs, manage their expectations.
- Set Amadeus expectations to the customer as well.
- Provide expertise and guidance on the solution.
About the ideal candidate:
- BS required in related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years of experience using APIs - JSON, data models
- At least 5 years of experience leading projects
- At least 3 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in a matrix environment
