You will primarily work with Operational Security Product team, on the Identity and Access technology stack, including but not limited to Active directory, Azure AD, ADMP , MS Entra , Cyber Ark etc.

Your key missions:

You are a promoter and inspirational tech in his area of knowledge, owning the build of efficient technical components for a given product and technologies, securing alignment of business needs with best on market practices and Pernod Ricard tech standards (robustness & scalability of code, data governance & security guidelines...).

You will manage the development and continues evolution of tech elements from design to maintenance & continuous improvement, and contribute to transversal tech landscape optimization initiatives, with an efficient collaboration with other Engineers or leadership team.

Identity and Access operations excellence:

• You will lead the development and implementation of Identity and Access operations excellences strategies and secure operations best practices continues continuous evolution, tailored to Pernod Ricard environments, ensuring security integration across the developments and operations lifecycle
• You will manage critical incidents with developed elements, from issue identification to problem resolution
• Own excellence execution and evolution of operational processes (ex: upgrading/patching/obsolesces, etc) for products scope
• You will define and monitor key metrics to identify needs for improvement, and engage the design/redesign of features with the squad

Collaborate efficiently within a Cross-Functional Teams: partner closely with Pernod Ricard Tech teams, CISO team or other transversal teams to deliver and maintain the maximization of Tech value creation.

Strategy activator and Innovation: inspire, develop and implement strategies for continues continuous improvement and innovation within the Identity and Access product portfolio. This includes evaluating new technologies, designing and implementing system enhancements and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and security standards to support the Pernod Ricard Tech organization's long-term goals and objectives.

• Min 10 years of experience in enterprise environment for Identity and Access portfolio management.
• In-depth knowledge and proven excellence delivery of Active Directory administration, security best practices, and hardening techniques.
• Proven mastering experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (e.g., CyberArk) for securing privileged accounts and credentials.
• Expertise in user access controls, permission management, and role-based access control (RBAC) models within Active Directory.
• Experience implementing and maintaining multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Efficient communication and engagement techniques for activation and usage of security automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automating security tasks.
• Mastering the identity and access governance (IAG) principles and frameworks.
• Strong analytical problem management methodology to identify, investigate and resolve potential security incidents.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT operations, developers, and other stakeholders on security initiatives.
• Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest IAM threats and vulnerabilities, including emerging attack vectors targeting Active Directory
