Job Description

Within our Tech Department, reporting to the Integration Manager, as the IT referent for a customer portfolio, you will provide technical support in pre-sales consultancy, in the deployment and configuration of flows and tools, as well as in after-sales follow-up.

As a customer IT advisor, you will also support Mondial Relay's sales teams and IT Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external customers to explain and facilitate integration processes, providing recommendations on the most appropriate integration method for the customer
  • Working closely with the sales and account management teams to understand customer requirements and expectations, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales phase to the onboarding phase.
  • Utilize APIs, including SOAP and REST APIs, for seamless system integration. This will involve making API calls and troubleshooting errors which may come up.
  • Work with various file integration formats, such as EDI and CSV.
  • Provide exceptional support and customer service throughout the integration journey following customer go-live.
  • Verify labels and ensure accurate configurations for a smooth onboarding process.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both with external customers and internal team members.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, with the ability to propose multiple solutions to challenges.
  • Experience working with APIs, JSON, IDR files, and real-time integrations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Postman for efficient workflow management.
  • Fluency in French and English
