The Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge enablement team's mission is to improve the way our teams experience the learning of existing and new processes and systems by leveraging new technology, redefining knowledge deliverables, as well as the way the team engages with the business user community.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Engage with user communities (functional and/or geographical) within your remit to understand training needs and challenges.

• Translate needs assessments into proposed enablement plans and align with other Training and Knowledge Enablement Advisors on similar needs.

• Effectively coordinate with Training & Knowledge Enablement Specialists across the globe to harmonize and align existing training offering and system/process reference tools.

• Develop and deliver training courses for core insurance systems and processes for user community in a virtual and in person setting; apply advanced learning techniques and tools in the delivery of such trainings.

• Act as a point of contact on complex user queries for existing and future systems.

• Support other team members based on advanced expertise in existing systems and processes as well as new systems depending on AXA XL's strategic roadmap.

• Support the transition to new reference material (manuals, presentations, eLearning assets, etc.) as defined per the K&E 2026 strategy. Concurrently, help maintain existing reference tools as applicable.

• Actively support the Training & Knowledge Enablement transformation, including the launch of new digital capabilities through engagement on projects and supporting project/deliverable coordination.

• Proactively engage and maintain working relationships and close collaboration with defined key AXA XL stakeholders, to ensure alignment with overall strategy, identification and assessment, adequate education design and corresponding seamless execution

• Support and assist the Head of Ops & Tech Training and Knowledge Enablement on new or reoccurring tasks in a collaborative manner.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Mores than 10 years expertise as business trainer (or other relevant experience) with the focus on instructional design and conceptional training delivery; embedding and applying change behaviors.

• Excellent working knowledge in insurance underwriting and implementation processes and concepts; prior experience in insurance underwriting or operations

• Excellent technical skills and experience in leveraging new technological capabilities (i.e., in e-learning and mobile training)

• In-depth understanding of the insurance market, insurance lines of business, global insurance program solutions as well as related operations tasks and procedures

• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English and in French. Other language skills are beneficial.

• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to manage virtual(remote) and diverse teams.
