Your key missions:

You will:

• Design end-to-end architecture for platform components and services including Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Marketing Automation, Consent & Preference Management, DAM, Search, Analytics, and Web Content Management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical experts to define and evolve the platform vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals and scalability needs.
• Lead technical evaluations, build reference architectures, and guide implementation across diverse technologies and vendors.
• Ensure platforms are secure, performant, modular, and compliant with IT policies; define and monitor key performance indicators for platform health and evolution.
• Oversee solution integration across global, regional, and local platforms, ensuring data and service consistency.
• Actively participate in Agile squads and contribute to DevSecOps adoption and continuous delivery practices within digital and marketing technology teams.
• Mentor developers, engineers, and architects to cultivate architectural thinking, platform best practices, and knowledge sharing.

• You have 8+ years of experience in platform or enterprise architecture, ideally within digital/marketing/e-commerce environments.
• You have strong experience designing and scaling platforms in a complex, global, multi-brand organization.
• You have in-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP), middleware, containerization, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• You are experienced in managing cross-platform integration (e.g. PIM, CRM, CMS, DAM, Customer Data Platforms, Consent Management).
• You're skilled in balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic alignment and platform maintainability.
• You are an excellent communicator who can simplify complex architectural concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• You are passionate about continuous learning, innovation, and delivering robust, scalable systems in a collaborative team setting.
