Job Summary

Our customer is looking for Workplace Systems Engineers Level 2 or 3 M/F to join our dynamic team.

Responsible for managing and optimizing Workplace systems for our customers, ensuring a high level of performance and availability, you will work closely with technical teams and end users to ensure an optimal user experience.

They are looking for an experienced Developer / Lead Tech to join a long-term mission, within a development center in charge of carrying out applications on behalf of the IT department of a large international company in the field of energy.

This role involves technical support for developers, architecture choices and active participation in the modernization of the application.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Technical design and refactoring in Python Django + Angular/React of PHP and JS (back & front) code, with integration of GIS mapping features.

- Technical supervision of developers and implementation of best practices.

- Participation in architecture choices and strategic technical decisions.

- Preparation and support for the integration of a GIS module into the web tool.

- Representative/referent during cross-cutting points (comitology, Agile communities, others).

- Implementation of eco-design and performance optimization principles.

- Production and maintenance of technical documentation.

- Participation and monitoring of developments in an Agile/Scrum framework.

Essential Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project development and architecture for a key account client
• Experience in technical management and team management
• Proficient in Python (Django), PHP, Angular, React, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in code refactoring and application modernization.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Gitflow).
• Mastery of Cloud technologies
• Good command of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience in containerization and application deployment.
• Strong understanding of geomatics principles and the operation of spatial databases.
• Experience with web GIS tools would be a plus.
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to integrate into a customer project team.
• Fluency in French is essential.
