This Position reports to:
Production Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
• Ensure a high level of quality across the Integrated Production Unit (UPI) for electrical contactors, including internal assembly lines and subcontractors
• Define product and component quality requirements, and ensure deployment of associated specifications
• Support and control production processes internally and externally (including subcontracting in France and abroad)
• Lead quality initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and contribute to product development through the PPAP approach
• Manage daily quality operations, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams
• Focus on reducing non-quality costs and ensuring compliance with quality standards in an Operational Excellence framework

Qualifications for the Role

• Master's or Engineering degree (Bac +5) in a technical field, ideally mechanical or electrotechnical
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Quality within a high-volume automated production environment
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, PPAP, etc.)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive improvement
