Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Channel Account Manager Digital Media to join our Channel Sales Team based in Paris or Brussels.

Context:

The African continent is experiencing rapid digital transformation, with over 700M internet users projected by 2026, a young and urbanizing population, and some of the world's fastest-growing economies. Key markets include Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, and Ghana, each with unique opportunities and challenges.

What you'll do:

You will drive Adobe's Creative Cloud (CC) and Document Cloud (DC) business across Africa by developing strategic partnerships with leading distributors and resellers. Your mission is to accelerate double-digit growth, expand market reach, and ensure local relevance of Adobe's solutions.

1. Market Development & Partner Strategy
  • Identify and prioritize high-growth markets (e.g., Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana) and verticals (e.g., B2B, government, education, creative industries). Identify opportunities and partners in emerging African markets.
  • Build and execute strategic business plans with key partners ensuring alignment with Adobe's objectives and local market needs.
  • Work with Adobe GTM teams to develop strategies tailored to Africa's digital adoption trends, mobile-first behaviours, and local context.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
  • Get buy-in from internal teams (sales, marketing, enablement) and external stakeholders (distributors, resellers).
  • Orchestrate virtual partner teams across geographies.
  • Support partner enablement programs, training, and joint marketing initiatives to amplify impact.

3. Accountability & Execution
  • Ensure accountability, working closely with channel partners and monitor performance. In addition, analyse KPI's and adjust tactics to maximize results.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear success metrics (e.g., revenue growth, partner onboarding, Adobe market share expansion).

4. Innovation & Local Relevance
  • Promote Adobe's latest solutions (e.g., generative AI in CC, Acrobat Sign) and adapt offerings to local needs.
  • Support partners in developing localized solutions and marketing campaigns.

5. Impact Measurement
  • Demonstrate and measure the impact of your initiatives on Adobe's growth in Africa.
  • Provide regular business reviews, market insights, and recommendations to leadership.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Proven experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management in African Market.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, SaaS, and enterprise software.
  • Understanding of African dynamics: Familiarity with regional economic conditions, regulatory environments, and business practices.
  • Cross-cultural communication: Ability to build trust and relationships across diverse cultures and languages.
  • English and French fluency are mandatory. Any other local African languages are a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results in diverse, fast-paced environments.
  • Alignment with Adobe's values: Create the future. Own the outcome. Raise the bar. Be genuine.
