As a Product Owner, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Continuous Improvement: - Own and manage the Finance ABS platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives. - Define and execute the annual plan for continuous improvements in collaboration with the Finance Delivery Manager.
Business Engagement & Prioritization: - Work closely with Business Units (BUs) to understand and address business needs, balancing priorities across BUs for maximum efficiency. - Plan and prioritize epics and requirements for quarterly business reviews and annual planning.
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: - Drive process improvements across systems and Lines of Business (LoBs). - Ensure high-quality releases by managing pre-release quality checks, process validation, and defect reduction.
Defect Management & Post-Implementation Support: - Oversee defect resolution and backlog management, ensuring timely fixes and prioritization for implementation. - Conduct sanity checks on delivered features, control functional descriptions, and monitor proper usage post-release. - Investigate client escalations, analyze root causes, and drive timely resolutions.
Platform Transformation & Visibility: - Provide visibility into Middle Office Finance features within the ACM transformation program. - Track and map delivered features to functional processes across LoBs for all platform implementations.
Stakeholder Communication & Governance: - Support Finance Delivery Manager in preparing for Global Platform Checkpoints, Steerco meetings, and reporting on past releases. - Assist in resolving ad hoc issues as defined by the Finance Delivery Manager.

What you bring
- Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes: Well versed with various areas of SAP FICO like accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, asset accounting, cost accounting.
- Experience with SAP FICO module: Hands-on experience with configuring and customizing SAP FICO(FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AA, CO) is essential.
- 2 years minimum of experience working with Agile methodology.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business needs gathering and analysis.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to design processes from both customer & functional perspectives.
- Experience in change management (e.g providing trainings, building training materials etc).
- Ability to interact with senior level management.
- Experience in conducting functional workshops.
- Good level of English - both spoken and written.
- Any Agile/Project management related certification is a plus.
