As a member of the Outpayce team, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional travel payment solutions that enhance both business and customer experiences. You'll collaborate with a diverse and talented team to innovate and disrupt the payment landscape, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the travel industry.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
Customer Needs and Prioritization: Understand, identify, and define customer needs. Manage, prioritize, and communicate the flow of work, coordinating with different product areas and providing regular status updates to Business Partners.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate priorities with Business Partners and technical teams. Support the product features definition, manage the team backlog, and maintain user stories, defects, and enablers.
Agile and SAFe Methodology: Participate and actively contribute to the SAFe train ceremonies and agile events. Support acceptance test-driven development by defining and developing story acceptance criteria.
Cross-team Collaboration: Collaborate with design, engineering, and customer services teams to develop and deliver high-quality features aligned with the product roadmap.
Product Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the overall program vision and roadmap. Own the team backlog and ensure stories are accepted in compliance with the Definition of Done.
Continuous Improvement: Provide regular feedback to product strategists and contribute to internal initiatives to improve customer value.

What we're seeking:
- Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, with a focus on prioritizing and managing the backlog.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive project success.
- Familiarity with REST API, drools, UI technologies, and enterprise payment solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to align with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for product roadmap management and team collaboration.
