About the job
Main missions
As an Operational Resilience Manager of Readiness team, your role will involve :
- Supporting the implementation and enhancement of the company's Operational Resilience framework, managing the team in charge of the readiness part of CM/IM, BCM and ITSCM processes,
- Leading Business impact analysis campaign
- Organizing controls, guidance and training on Crisis management,
- Developing the communication plan for Operational Resilience
- Participating to Group Operational Resilience initiatives and working groups,
- Organizing projects
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maturity level in Resiliency
- Implementing and maintaining business continuity plans
Expected skills & experience
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
- General understanding of Business Continuity Management lifecycle.
- Ability to review BIA outputs and BCP to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- General understanding of Group BCM processes and tools required to undertake the role.
- Experience and knowledge of IT Operations and IT Continuity Service Management
- General understanding of a product-based organization.
- Proven leadership and managerial skills, with a track record of effectively leading and developing high-performing teams
Technical skills
- Risk Management frameworks
- Business Impact Analysis
- Disaster Recovery planning
- Incident response procedures
- Training skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for resilience planning and testing would also be beneficial.
Soft skills / transversal skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business and technology requirements
- Proactive and customer-oriented approach to ensure seamless IT service delivery
