P rincipales responsabilités:

• Animer des entretiens clients afin de recueillir et d'analyser les besoins

• Conseiller sur l'implémentation de l'ERP en fonction de votre domaine de compétences et de votre expertise métier

• Identifier les fonctions de l'ERP à mettre en œuvre et les éventuels écarts

• Concevoir et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles de la solution

• Former les utilisateurs finaux

• Définir les plans test, scenario et jeux de tests • Accompagner nos clients tout au long de leur projet

Qualifications

• Maîtrise des fonctionnalités clés de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Expertise dans les domaines fonctionnels tels que Finance, Trade & Logistics, Manufacturing et Project Accounting.

• Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec divers profils fonctionnels et techniques.

• Aptitude à travailler sur des projets d'envergure pour une clientèle variée.

• Esprit d'équipe et volonté de partager ses connaissances, soutenant l'entraide et la bienveillance au sein de l'équipe.

• Curiosité et engagement envers l'apprentissage continu, nécessaires pour rester à la pointe des évolutions technologiques et des meilleures pratiques dans le domaine de l'ERP

• Maîtrise de la communication en anglais et en français.
