We are looking for a Network & Telecom Analyst to join our IT department. In this role, you will ensure the performance, reliability, and security of SLN's network and telecom infrastructures. You will also contribute to the modernization of our technical environment and the continuous improvement of our IT services.

Job Description
We are looking for a Network & Telecom Analyst to join our IT department. In this role, you will ensure the performance, reliability, and security of SLN's network and telecom infrastructures. You will also contribute to the modernization of our technical environment and the continuous improvement of our IT services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure infrastructure monitoring using supervision tools and follow-up on critical event logs.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
- Lead infrastructure evolution projects: feasibility studies, planning, implementation, and internal communication.
- Administer production equipment (switches, VPNs, WiFi, WAN, VHF/UHF radio, IP telephony, video conferencing, etc.).
- Oversee operational site work and manage relationships with subcontractors.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, group policy deployments, and technology watch.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4 or higher) in IT or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, or a 2-year degree (Bac+2) with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in managing complex network systems: DNS, DHCP, routing, QoS, security, web proxy, telephony, VHF/UHF, and monitoring tools.
- Solid knowledge of virtualized environments, Windows/*nix systems, and ITIL methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude focused on continuous improvement.
