IT also plays a lead role in ensuring continuous optimization and cybersecurity of our company processes.

Our GIT Division (Global Information Technologies) is looking for an IT Sales Consultant (m/f).

Essential responsibilities and duties

The IT Sales Consultant will perform analysis, design, deployment and support of the IT tools for the Sales community. She/He will be the Product Owner on IT side of the solutions in his/her scope. This position will offer possibilities to work on SAP SD, Sales & Services, GTS but also on other technologies and in-house solutions.

Ready for challenges that matter? Main missions and results (not exhaustive):

  • Be the IT business partner: being first point on contact with our Business stakeholders to provide guidance in operations questions, concepts, strategic discussions and business process design.
  • Analyze and discuss business requirements with Business stakeholders and Key Users (KU),
  • Be able to challenge requirements when needed to ensure corporate Core Model is consistent,
  • Translate the requirements into use cases and accurate functional specifications for the developers, competence centers or external integrators/editors,
  • Design/Customize the IT solution for new processes, and support SAP CC while implementing it,
  • Be able to plan and follow-up project milestones,
  • Support integration tests and guide the KU if needed during UAT,
  • Able to provide functional support for resolution of incidents (L3 support level),
  • Deliver the required documentation and maintain it

And if you were the one! Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business School or equivalent
  • Very good level of spoken and written English (compulsory), a third language is a plus

Experience, skills, know-how
  • 4-5 years+ experience in ERP solutions, IT applications design and IT project execution,
  • Very good knowledge on Sales processes in SAP, S4 know-how is an advantage,
  • Experience in IT solutions such as SAP Global Trade Services, Sales & Services is an advantage,
  • Experience in automotive industry and knowledge of the sales activities in this business is a plus,
  • Strong customer and result-oriented mindset,
  • Used to work in collaborative environment,
  • Project management techniques highly recommended,
  • Solid written and oral communication skills,
  • This position requires travelling occasionally (20% max)
