We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer with a strong Android background to join our CarCutter Engineering team at Diffusely, working on our B2B automotive product line. You'll be part of an agile, startup-like squad, playing a key role in evolving our AI-powered imagery solutions for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the CarCutter mobile app in Flutter, within the context of a legacy app + the design and implementation of new features.
- Shape technical decisions on architecture, tooling, and quality standards (testing strategy, CI/CD, monitoring).
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, and actively contribute to code reviews and reliable release process.
- Work closely with Product and Design to turn specifications into performant, robust features that bring real value to customers.
- Be a technical reference for the team in your area of expertise: Product conception and technical architecture, benchmarking state-of-the-art solutions and sharing best practices and feedback with the team.
- Share responsibility with your squad for the full lifecycle of the features you build from product discovery and definition to delivery, monitoring, and impact measurement.
- Collaborate with other engineers at CarCutter on the broader software architecture landscape, ensuring the mobile stack integrates well into the overall ecosystem.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
- 5+ years of experience in mobile development (Android and/or cross-platform).
- 3+ years of production experience with Flutter, with at least one published app on the App Store and/or Google Play.
- Experiences with the following libraries is a strongly appreciated: sqflite, get it, bloc/cubit, rxdart, firebase, datadog.
- Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Storage, Auth, Cloud Functions).
- Hands-on experience with platform channels (Android/iOS) to bridge Flutter with native code.
- Good Git practices in a team environment (branching strategy, pull requests, code reviews).
- Comfortable with AI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc).
- With a mindset oriented towards learning and knowledge sharing, you stay curious about new technologies. You enjoy mentoring, pairing, and helping teammates grow.
