Job Description

This is the 5 months contract position that in charge to produce reporting and dashboard on all activities of the Hotels & Heartists Care practice. Providing reporting to various stakeholders, customers and partners of the HHCare department. He/She/X can be able to conduct deep dive analysis on the Hotels & Heartists Care practice and Providing reporting and conclusions to various stakeholders, customers and partners of the HH care department, as well as results and processes analysis in order to enable improvement activities.

• Realize all modification in our existing Power BI and Tableau dashboard
• Realize the monthly refresh of our 3 main Power BI dashboard
• Produce 2025 reporting and dashboard on our activities with Tableau
• Executes Service Data & Reporting standards, processes and guidelines
• Provide reporting to various stakeholders, customers and partners of the HHCare department.
• Creates enterprise-wide information reporting to track SLA, service and operational performance, and service assurance
• Provide definitive ('source of truth') enterprise reporting on Service Delivery (Digital & Tech Management, GSS, Digital & Tech departments)
• Conduct deep dive analysis on specific perimeters and processes
• Main analyst on all Hotel activities
• Modify, update and refresh existing dashboard in PowerBI and Service Now
• Create/modify complex dashboard in Tableau
• Conducts analytical investigations on all processes HH care is practicing
• Provides alerts and related data on deviated results and events
• Provide analytical deep dive reports to HH Care management, Customers or Partners (Itil4)
• Provide KPI's and OKR results with analytical comments

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in analytical areas
• 3+ years' experience in analytical leadership function or Business Analyst Leader
• Experience in hotel industry is an advantage
• Process Management based on ITIL4 framework
• Fluently communication in English/ French is a plus
• ITIL v4 Foundation or +
• Strong expertise in Reporting tools Power BI and Tableau
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong administration of Database expertise
• Expertise in Service Now
