Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Data Science & Advanced Analytics

• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering tenhance model performance.
• Ensure data quality and prepare datasets for model training, validation, and deployment.
• Work closely with business users ttranslate their needs intAI-driven solutions.

Data Engineering & Model Deployment

• Build and optimize data pipelines for large-scale model training and inference.
• Ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and storage for AI applications.
• Develop MLOps frameworks tautomate model lifecycle management.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and product owners to integrate AI solutions.
• Document methodologies, model performance, and best practices for reproducibility.
• Provide internal training on AI techniques, tools, and best practices.

Technology & Market Monitoring

• Benchmark AI and machine learning tools to select the best technologies for business needs.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI, deep learning, and data science.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

• Support the FAS R&D roadmap in AI and Data Science.
• Coordinate technical aspects of AI integration and ensure alignment across departments.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Master's degree or Engineering Diploma with strong background in mathematics and computer science. A PhD in a quantitative field and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial-scale Big Data and AI projects.
• Solid background in machine learning techniques (e.g., k-NN, SVM, Random Forests) and deep learning.
• Practical experience with Reinforcement Learning methods.
• Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, Keras.
• Proficient in Python programming, with experience in using SQL and NoSQL databases for data processing.
• Experience in deploying and optimizing AI solutions in production environments.

Skills and competencies

• Analytical thinker with a structured, problem-solving approach.
• Knowledge of AI, ML, deep learning, NLP, and Knowledge Graph.
• Experience with big data, distributed computing, and Spark/PySpark.
• Proficient in Python, with familiarity in C++ and AI pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment for AI on platforms like Palantir, Azure and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of data governance and quality management.
• Process-oriented with solid documentation skills.

Languages:

• Mandatory: French/English (B2/TOEIC 750 minimum).
• Optional: German / Chinese
