Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Data Science & Advanced Analytics

• Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering tenhance model performance.
• Ensure data quality and prepare datasets for model training, validation, and deployment.
• Work closely with business users to translate their needs intAI-driven solutions.
• Guide business teams in leveraging AI for strategic impact.

Data Engineering & Model Deployment

• Build and optimize data pipelines for large-scale model training and inference.
• Ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and storage for AI applications.
• Develop MLOps frameworks tautomate model lifecycle management.

Collaboration & Communication

• Align AI strategies with business goals, mentoring teams on best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and product owners tintegrate AI solutions.
• Document methodologies, model performance, and best practices for reproducibility.
• Provide internal training on AI techniques, tools, and best practices.

Technology & Market Monitoring

• Evaluate AI technologies, anticipating trends in deep learning and generative AI.
• Shape corporate AI standards and innovation strategies.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

• Drive the AI R&D roadmap and oversee cross-functional AI initiatives.
• Advise leadership on AI adoption, investments, and risks.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial-scale Big Data and AI projects.
• Extensive background in industry and academia, with a strong focus on traditional machine learning techniques (e.g., k-NN, SVM, Random Forests) and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning methods.
• Strong Experience in ML/DL frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, Keras, and MXNet.
• Extensive experience in Python programming, with a strong background in using SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data processing.
• Proven track record of deploying and optimizing AI solutions at scale.

Skills and competencies:

• Analytical thinker with a structured, problem-solving approach.
• Expert in AI, ML, deep learning, NLP, LLMs and Knowledge Graph.
• Strong in big data, distributed computing, and Spark/PySpark.
• Advanced Python, C++, AI pipelines.
• Knowledge of AI cloud deployment on Palantir, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Deep knowledge of data governance and quality management.
• Process-oriented with excellent documentation skills.

Languages:

• Mandatory: French/English (B2/TOEIC 750 minimum).
• Optional: German / Chinese
