YOUR ROLE:

The mission of the Transformation Assets & Operations department is to bring more transversality, synergies, and visibility both within the division and with the rest of the group. In this context, we are looking for a Digital Officer Delegate to strengthen our team.

The Digital Officer Delegate supports the implementation of the roadmap for the transformation of the group CMA CGM's assets by leading and managing all activities related to Data and supporting business projects on digital issues. He/she coordinates the Digital department's activities with the aim of maximizing the added value for the business by supporting them on their digital issues, identifying synergies, and promoting transversality.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Management and Team Leadership:

- Manage a multidisciplinary team (digital project experts, data officers), promoting collaboration and transversality.

- Support the development and skills enhancement of the team (coaching, training, mentoring) in their respective roles and missions.

- Manage and coordinate the Digital department's activities: steer resources, manage priorities, mobilize the team on priority transformation axes, optimize collective performance (focus team interventions on high-value activities with the business).

- Ensure alignment between the team's activities and the Transformation strategy and roadmap (workshops, follow-up points).

- Develop and maintain a culture of innovation within the department, encouraging the search for innovative solutions and continuous process improvement.

2. Coordination and Cross-Project Management:

- Supervise the establishment of a global data governance strategy (data management, data privacy, data quality).

- Ensure the successful execution of the digital and data roadmap, ensuring its alignment with Assets' strategic priorities.

- Prioritize projects based on organizational challenges and teams' capacities, ensuring optimal resource management.

- Contribute to defining and monitoring performance indicators for digital projects to anticipate risks and adjust priorities accordingly.

- Maintain a high-level vision of the project roadmap and necessary actions.

3. Transversality and Communication:

- Act as the main point of contact for all Digital-related initiatives (Data and Asset digital projects: strategic portfolio).

- Facilitate communication between different Transformation departments (process, change, governance, and transversality) to ensure information and priority consistency.

- Provide regular visibility on the progress of digital and data projects to internal stakeholders (especially related to governance and PMO activities) and consolidate information feedback.

- Contribute to formalizing and continuously feeding project best practices and setting up a knowledge Hub.

- Contribute to developing and implementing project management standards, methodologies, and tools.

- Identify and share optimization and improvement levers internally.

- Build and maintain a project mapping to identify possible synergies.

4. Watch and Innovation:

- Actively monitor digital, technological, and data trends to propose continuous improvement avenues and innovation projects.

- Contribute to identifying cross-Assets projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education:

Bachelor's degree +5 (Engineering school, business school, master in digital transformation, data, or computer science).

Experience:

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in managing digital and data projects in a cross-functional environment and strategic coordination roles.

- Proven experience in team management (prioritization, sharing strategic vision, leadership, resource optimization).

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, project portfolio management).

- Knowledge in data management: governance, analysis, business intelligence, and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation issues, change management, and innovation.

Behavioural Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong ability to influence, mobilize teams, and rally teams.

- Innovation and creativity mindset.

- Strong customer orientation, value-added, and problem-solving.

- Results-oriented and ability to manage teams in complex and constantly evolving environments.

Languages:

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
