Join the team IT Services to contribute to Euroapi's performance by implementing the digital transformation of our production sites and support functions. You will support our growth by providing best-of-breed systems, IT support, effective analysis and reporting platforms.

The Cyber Security Operations Officer plays a key role in ensuring the operational security and compliance of Euroapi's IT and OT environments. Embedded within the Cybersecurity team, led by the Head of Cybersecurity, the officer will report directly to the Cyber Operational Leader. This position is responsible for integrating security into projects, managing third-party assessments, supporting incident response, and contributing to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity policies, processes, and infrastructure governance.

The SecOps Officer will work closely with local sites and technical teams to ensure robust security practices are applied across both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) domains.

Day-to-day on the job
  • Integrate cybersecurity requirements and controls into IT and business projects, ensuring secure-by-design principles.
  • Conduct third-party risk assessments to evaluate the cybersecurity posture of vendors and partners.
  • Provide expert cybersecurity advice on ad hoc topics to internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee operational security activities, including:
    • Validating network flow opening requests.
    • Reviewing and approving security dispensations.
    • Participating in architecture reviews to ensure alignment with security standards.
    • Monitoring CVEs (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) and vulnerabilites, escalating critical issues, and following up on remediation plans.
    • Representing Cybersecurity in Infrastructure Change Advisory Boards (CABs).
  • Support the site's cybersecurity compliance efforts through regular assessments and reporting.
  • Contribute to the drafting, review, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of cybersecurity incidents in coordination with the Euroapi Security Operations Center (SOC).

The incumbent may also:
  • Participate in the evaluation and deployment of cybersecurity projects and solutions.
  • Support due diligence processes for Euroapi customers and prospects, providing security insights and documentation.

Our requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, risk management, or project security integration.

Experience with security governance, compliance, and incident response.

Recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent are a plus.

Technical skills & Competencies / Language

Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management practices.

Proficiency in vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and security monitoring tools.

Familiarity with infrastructure and network security, including firewall rules, segmentation, and secure architecture principles.

Experience with CVE tracking and remediation processes.

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
