Join our Tech People Acquisition team as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, working alongside 6 passionate tech recruiters within the HR Development France team.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment for key tech roles (Backend, Frontend, iOS/Android, SRE, Data, Architecture, IT Project Management...) - from role briefing and sourcing to offer stage and onboarding handover.
  • Proactively source top talents using LinkedIn Recruiter and beyond - we welcome your creativity to explore and test new channels or tools.
  • Provide a top candidate experience, maintaining clear, consistent communication and reinforcing a positive employer brand at every stage of the process.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to tech hiring managers, partnering closely with them through structured rituals to understand and challenge needs and guide decision-making with data and market insights.
  • Go beyond the resume by using tools like AssessFirst to uncover candidates' motivation, personality, mindset, and long-term potential.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously deepening your understanding of the tech landscape (DevOps, Gen AI, Cloud, product, data...) and the specificities of our roles and teams.
  • Track and analyze your KPIs to understand your impact, report learnings, and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Represent Betclic at external events, meetups, and conferences to strengthen our employer brand and build pipeline.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

This job is for you if:
  • Bring solid experience in tech recruitment, ideally within a fast-growing digital company or pure player.
  • Have a strong understanding of tech roles and a solid tech culture. We'll support your growth, but solid foundations are essential.
  • Feel confident communicating clearly, explaining your reasoning, and building trust through conversation.
  • Are curious, proactive, and not afraid to take initiative.
  • Know how to stay persistent - and patient - when needed
  • Are looking for a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment
  • Have a genuine interest in sports and/or gaming - it's a plus!
  • Speak fluent English

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Marine or Sebastian will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Etienne, your future manager, followed by Julie, Head of HR Development. During these interviews, you will discuss about your AssessFirst results together.

Finally, you will meet Xavier, CPO, for a 30 min interview.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
